Our CV is our image, the first and most significant impression we give to a prospective employer. It has to be well-written, because if it is sent electronically, as is the case nowadays, it is our only chance for the prospective employer to ‘get to know us’, find out what we have studied, how much work experience we possess, how useful we can be in that particular work environment and if the vacancy is appropriate for us.

It is also important to focus on our strengths, leaving out insignificant or irrelevant information, which not only prove tiresome to the prospective employer, but are furthermore not relevant to the position we wish to fill.

Sending a CV without a cover letter, is like handing over a gift without a wrap. It is very dry and impersonal. We need to convincingly show why we are interested in this particular position, that we have thoroughly researched the company - for instance - that interests us, as well as lay out exactly what we can offer the company, based on our skills and experience.

A job interview is a process which understandably causes a great deal of stress to interviewees. With thorough preparation, however, and time investment on this part, the anxiety factor can be significantly reduced and the interviewee can deal with the interview more as a professional discussion, rather than an intensive set of questions and a negative experience.

The best way to go to a job interview is after having researched the company we are interested in and have gathered information about the available position.

We help you make a list of possible questions and perform many mock interviews, in order to fully prepare you for any question you might encounter.

In some cases, interviewers ask odd or unexpected questions, but we prepare you even for those.

During an interview we always need to keep in mind: why should they hire me instead of  another applicant?

We should therefore highlight our comparative advantages.

We guide students in finding part-time work during their studies, but also full-time work once they graduate.

In the older days, people would study something specific and they knew that they would follow that certain career path for the rest of their lives. Things have changed a lot since then and according to statistics, a person is likely to change 7 or 8 jobs in his/her lifetime, either in different sectors, or in different work environments.

It is also very common nowadays for people to radically change their career path and we are here to help them further educate themselves and implement all necessary changes for a smooth entrance into their new profession.

Our world moves forward with great speed in every sector; the job market could therefore not be an exception.

We are constantly informed about developments in all scientific fields, about upcoming professions, which have the best job prospects, the highest income, etc.
